Pinchflat
Subscribe, and actually keep it
Watches YouTube channels and playlists and downloads new videos as they appear, naming them so Jellyfin or Plex files them as a series. Built on yt-dlp, with rules for quality, format and how far back to go. A channel that gets deleted next year is still on your disk.

Open the dashboard, find it in the App Store and press Install. Or from a terminal on the box:
sudo homebox install pinchflat
Where to open it
| Service | Port | First login |
|---|---|---|
| Pinchflat | :8945 | No account — it opens straight into the sources list. |
Open it at your box's address with that port — the dashboard links to it directly once it is running.
Good to know
- Downloads land in /downloads, which is the pool — set a media profile that writes somewhere your media server already scans
- Start with 'download the last 3 videos' rather than a whole channel: a large back catalogue is hundreds of gigabytes and YouTube notices
- It has no login of its own, so anything that can reach the page can queue downloads
